Step 1
(1) Select installation
position for the
outdoor unit and
then fix it well;
(2) Determine the
installation position
of the ventilation
pipe according to
the position of the
outdoor unit;
(3) Refer to the left
figure to complete
the fabrication and
installation of the
ventilation pipe.
(1) Ventilation pipe
material: steel
plate or iron
sheet;
(2) Ventilation pipe
should be
purchased by the
user.
Step 2
Remove the grille on the
top of the top cover
assembly.
The top cover grille
must be removed;
otherwise it will affect
the air volume and the
operation effect.
Step 3
(1) Face the inside of
the prepared
canvas casing
outwards, cover it
from the top of the
unit until the end of
the canvas is
slightly higher than
the unit.
(2) Use a steel bar to
press tightly the
canvas casing

around the top case
of the unit. Use a
hand-operated
electric drill to drill
holes and fasten the
canvas casing onto
the unit through
steel bar by using
tapping screws.
Since drills are
required on the top
case, the powder
coated protective layer
on the top case will be
damaged. As a result,
the anti-corrosion
performance of the unit
top case will be
reduced.
