Batteries: 2x CR2032 3V
Count down mode: 1. Set the time using the MIN and SEC buttons.
The maximum count time is 99:59. 2. Start and stop the countdown by
pressing the START/STOP button. 3. When countdown is over, the
alarm will sound. Press any button to stop the alarm. 4. Reset the time
to 00:00 by pressing MIN and SEC at the same time.
Count up mode: 1. With the time set to 00:00 press the START/STOP
button to start the count up. 2. Start or stop the count up by pressing
the START/STOP button.
