Site Planning
When planning the layout of the site and component parts of the system, a variety of factors should be taken into consideration:
Distance and ‘lift’ of the system:
As shown below, ‘vertical loops’ are additive. In other words, although the system is designed to be able to lift up to 1.8m, if a lift of i.e. 0.6m
(C1) is followed by a drop and then by another lift of 1.2m (C2) – although the overall height difference is less than 1.8m, the cumulative height
is 1.8m and therefore the maximum lift is reached.
Although only shown at the expelling end of the vacuum flush unit, this is applicable for both the suction and expelling connections of the
vacuum flush unit
