Why is my Greenwood 63124 not spraying?

  If your Greenwood Paint Sprayer isn't spraying, there are several potential causes: * The suction tube might be detached. Reattach it. * The tank may not have enough liquid. Add more liquid. * The handle assembly could be loose. Tighten it. * The hose nut might be loose. Ensure it is tightened. * The safety cap could be loose; tighten the safety cap. * The sprayer may not be pressurized. Pump the handle to pressurize it. * The spray fluid may contain particles or sand. Disassemble, clean, and reassemble the nozzle and/or filter. Also, empty, clean, and refill the tank with properly strained fluid. * The nozzle and/or filter might be clogged with mineral buildup. Disassemble, clean, and then reassemble the nozzle and/or filter.

  If the spray pattern from your Greenwood Paint Sprayer is not desirable, it might be due to: * The nozzle needing adjustment. Adjust the nozzle. * The spray fluid containing particles or sand. Disassemble, clean, and reassemble the nozzle and/or filter. Empty, clean, and refill the tank with properly strained fluid. * The nozzle and/or filter being clogged with mineral buildup. Disassemble, clean, and reassemble the nozzle and/or filter.
