TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Unit will not start. Battery is not secure. Check to ensure the battery is fully connected to
the blower. Press down on the battery until the
latches click together.
Battery is not
charged.
Charge the battery pack according to the
instructions included with your model.
Defective power
switch.
Return the unit to a repair center or call customer
service at 1-855-345-3934.
Unit will not blow. Blocked tube. Clear the blockage.
Cruise Control Lever
does not work.
The screw is loose. Tighten the screw with a phillips head
screwdriver.
