IMPORTANT INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR SMARTLOCK
BEFORE INSTALLATION
1. Check the frame: The frame must not bulge in the vicinity of the striking plate.
This can be checked using a long spirit level or straightedge.
2. Checking the lockable grip: Check whether the lock opens and closes before installation.
ATTENTION! The square spindle must not be inserted into the handle for this.
3. Check the latch projection at the lock: 10 mm as standard, unchecked locks
often only have 8 mm.
Only valid for ONE door handles:
Adjust substructure so that it is parallel with the handle, if it is incorrectly adjusted.
