INSTRUCTION FOR
USE
BEFORE STARTING THE MAGHINE
Fill the tank with fuel
(petrol).
Check that the air filter is
clean
(fig.
2
pos.
A).
Check the engine oil level
(fig.2
pos.
B).
STARTING
THE
ENGINE
Press
the red rubber button on the
carburettor
no more
than 2-3 times
(fig.
2
pos.
C).
Start the engine
by
pulling
the
pull-start
handle
(fig.2
pos.
D).
This machine
has a capacity of 200 kg
(aa1
lb), however,
users are advised to assess
the load
on
the
basis of
the
terrain on which the machine is to
be used.
Remember that
speed should be
reduced
on humps and bumps
and
in bad weather conditions
(frost,
heavy rain
or snow).
Take
special care on terrain which might reduce
the stability of the
machine.
RUNNING.IN
After 8 hours change the
engine oil and check that there are no oil leaks.
STARTING WORK
Select
the
gear
(fig.
1 no 3).
Open the throttle
(fig.
1 no 2).
Press the
travel
lever
(fig.
'1
no 1) right down
and
keep it
there until work
is
over,
the machine
starts
moving.
TIPPING THE BARROW BASIN
Pull the lever fig. 1 no
4, the hydraulic system is
set
in motion
and the concrete
mixer
starts
rotating.
Operate the
lever
(fig.
'1
no 5)
gently
and
the
barrow basin or the concrete mixer tips.
CHANGING THE BELTS
The movement
is transmitted from the motor
to the
mechanical
transmission and to the
hydraulic
pump
by
means
of a
V-belt.
Replace the belts as
soon as they show signs of wear! Their
replacement
and subsequent
adjustment are
fairly
complex
procedures
and must
be carried out by an authorised
After-Sales Service Centre.
Slacken the
screws
fixing
the engine and move it forward, remove the hydraulic oil tank
(fixed
by means of 4
screws) and remove the two
belts.
First replace the hydraulic
pump
belt then the forward traction
belt
(the
longer
one),
make sure
you
replace the
belts on the
right
side of the belt stretcher.
Restore the
engine
into its
original
position.
lf
the
hydraulic
pump
belt is too tight
slacken
the hydraulic
pump
and
place
it
back to
its
original
position.
Replace the hydraulic
oil tank.
Pay
attention to the belt
guides
mounted near the
engine
pulley
and on the
hydraulic
pump,
they have to be adjusted
to have a neutral without
dragging:
they
are
very important;
they must not hit against the belts
when working.
FINISHING WORK
To
stop the
machine
reduce speed by operating the throttle lever.
Release the travel lever
(fig.
1 no 1), the machine
stops and the brake engages automatically.
To
switch off the engine, operate the throttle lever into
STOP
position
(fig.
3).
CLEANING
Clean the outside of the machine after each use.
As
for
the concrete mixer version, wash the inside of the mixer with water to avoid residual bitumen or concrete
inside the mixer.
STORAGE
Store the
machine
into a dry
place,
away from atmospheric
agents, and
preferably
cover the machine with
a
protective
sheet.
HOW TO CONVERT THE TRANSPORTER TO
MIXER
To use the concrete mixer the machine must
be
provided
with the hydraulic kit.
Disjoin the two hydraulic
pipes
(fig.
8
pos.
A).
Remove the
barrow basin by unscrewing the
4
screws
fixing
the barrow basin
(fig.
8
pos.
B).
Fit
the concrete mixer components up, fix them with the 4
screws and connect the
hydraulic tubes.
