This document is a user guide for the Grixx 10,000mAh power bank, model GROEXTBP10B01.
Function Description:
The Grixx power bank is an external battery pack designed to charge mobile devices multiple times, anywhere, at any moment. It is intended exclusively for providing power to devices with an operating voltage of 5V direct current, such as mobile phones and MP3 players. The power bank features two USB output ports, allowing for simultaneous charging of two devices. It also includes a function key to display the current battery status and activate the power bank. If no device is connected, it automatically enters standby mode after approximately 5 seconds. The device is equipped with various safety features including overcharge protection, high temperature protection, over circuit protection, and short circuit protection.

Usage Features:
- Activating/Checking Battery Status: Briefly press the function key to display the current battery status via LED lights and activate the power bank.
- Charging the Power Bank: Connect the supplied micro USB cable to the power bank's micro USB input port and the other end to a standard USB port of a computer or a USB power supply. The charging process is indicated by the LED status lights. When fully charged, the LED status lights remain permanently on. Users can also use their own USB charging cable with micro USB or USB-C connectors.
- Charging Devices: The power bank has two USB output ports (OUTPUT 1 and OUTPUT 2). Connect the included USB cable to one of the power bank's USB output ports and the other end to the micro USB port of the device to be charged. Charging will start automatically. Users can also use their own USB charging cable.
- Simultaneous Charging: The power bank supports charging two devices concurrently.
- Battery Maintenance: Recharge the power bank once every 3 months to maintain battery performance.
- Optimal Performance: The power bank should be used regularly for optimum performance. If not used regularly, it should be fully charged at least every three months.
- Heat Dissipation: Ensure that the warmth created during the charging process can be emitted from the device, ideally by placing the power bank on a firm and heat-resistant base while in use.
- Troubleshooting: The guide provides a table for common issues like long charging times without full capacity, inability to charge other devices, or sudden stops in charging, along with possible causes and solutions (e.g., charge for 3-4 hours, try a different adapter, recharge, replace cable/charger, choose the right connector, choose a different charging method).
Maintenance Features:
- Cleaning: To clean the power bank, use a soft dry cloth and lightly brush it. Do not use water or detergent.
- Storage: If not used for a longer period, store it at between -10 and 45 degrees Celsius at max. 90% relative humidity (for a short time) and charge it every three months to retain full performance.
- General Safety:
- Avoid use in extremely cold, hot, humid, or dusty areas.
- Protect from direct sunlight and open fire; there is a danger of explosion.
- Protect against impact and falling.
- Protect against electrostatic discharge.
- Do not connect the USB output ports to computer USB ports; they are only for charging devices.
- Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the device; this voids the warranty.
- Do not insert unintended items into openings to prevent short-circuits or fire.
- Do not operate with wet hands.
- Do not cover the device when in use, as warmth is normal.
- Do not use if the device shows visible damage or has become moist.
- Packaging: Packaging is designed for easy separation into cardboard and plastic for recycling.
- Product Disposal: The product is designed with high-quality, recyclable materials. The battery is recyclable and should not be disposed of in fire.
- WEEE Directive: The product is covered by European Directive 2012/19/EU and should not be disposed of with normal household waste. It should be taken to an official collection point.
- CE Compliance: The product complies with health, safety, and environmental protection standards for products sold within the European Economic Area, including EMC and RoHS directives. It also complies with SVHC and REACH regulations.
- Social Compliance: Grixx endorses good working conditions.
