Dictation transfer using a smartphone
You can transfer Bluetooth dictations onto your smartphone. The
dictations can then be sent using the smartphone, for instance to
the typing pool.
Please enter “VOICE MAIL” in capital letters to the subject line of your
e-mail. DigtaSoft will then collect the dictations automatically from
your secretary‘s inbox. In DigtaSoft at the transcription workstation the
e-mail account and the cyclic checking of the e-mail inbox has to be
configured under
“Settings / E-mail and Send”.
Android
You will find the received dictations on
“My Files / All files / Bluetooth”.
Enter one or several dictation names to the Bluetooth directory. Select
the send function from the header. Send the e-mail to your secretary,
for example.
BlackBerry OS 7
Open your e-mail app. Attach one or several dictations to an e-mail
which you then can send to your secretary, for example. You will find
the dictations received via Bluetooth on
“Files / File Folders / Device / home / user”.
BlackBerry OS 10
Open your e-mail app, select “Attach” and „File”. You will find the
dictations received via Bluetooth on “Media Card” or “Device” on the
“Downloads” directory. Send the e-mail to your secretary, for example.
