Why is the steel cable not pulled into the balancer anymore in my GTM Professional Lawn and Garden Equipment?

If the steel cable of your GTM Professional Lawn and Garden Equipment is not being pulled into the balancer, it could be due to a few reasons. The steel cable might be broken, in which case you should replace the steel cable or the entire balancer. Another possibility is that the balancer spring is broken, requiring you to replace the balancer. Lastly, the steel cable may simply need lubrication; try lubricating it with Teflon spray.
