How to troubleshoot a GU lock that does not unlock?

If your GU lock isn't unlocking, here's what to check: * **Power Supply:** Ensure there's at least 21.5V DC at the lock. Verify the power supply unit, fuse, and cable sizes are adequate, replacing if needed. * **Control Signal:** Inspect the control input (Pin 9/pink) for a +24V signal. * **Mechanical Obstructions:** Check the door and frame for twisting or warping, latch jamming, or hardware screws pressing on the lock case. * **Programming Mode:** Exit or abort programming mode. * **Profile Cylinder:** Remove the key. * **Cam Position:** Check the cam position when removing the key. Also, remember that if the cylinder is operated while the motor is running, the lock will enter overload protection and ignore control signals for 20 seconds.
