usetheUV-Cbulbwilllosesomeintensityapproximately15%at4000hours.
ThereforeitissuggestedtoreplacetheUV-Clightbulbevery6monthsdepending
onuse.Youwillknowtochangethebulbwhenthelightickerscontinuouslyor
changes color.

Replacing the UV-C Bulb

Step 1: Unplug Unit

Disconnect the unit from the electrical outlet before servicing.

Step 2: Remove Screw

Loosen and remove the Phillips screw at the top backside.

Step 3: Remove Top Cap

Lift the top cap off the unit.

Step 4: Locate Bulb

Hold the unit and reach into the cylinder to find the bulb.

Step 5: Loosen Bulb

Turn the bulb counter-clockwise to loosen it from the socket.

Step 6: Install New Bulb

Screw in the new bulb using a clockwise motion.

Step 7: Reassemble Unit

Reassemble the unit by reversing the previous steps.
