If the barrier transmitter isn't working, first check the segment indicator on the barrier transmitter. Then, check or replace the batteries in the barrier transmitter. Also, increase the barrier area range on the barrier transmitter and check that the barrier transmitter setting corresponds to the receiver collar setting.
