      If the air gauge shows sufficient depression but the oil is not sucked, it could be due to several reasons. The rubber ring from the oil suction connection might be worn, the oil suction sensing head might be damaged, or the oil temperature might be too low. Also, check if the oil suction valve is working correctly and if the oil suction ducting is damaged. Replace the packing ring on the suction hose and the cover of the oil suction sensing head. Wait until the temperature reaches normal levels. Open the valve on the oil suction ducting, and if the ducting is clogged, clean it out.

      If no vacuum is generated, it may be due to air escaping because the ball on the valve seat is corroded. First, verify the air is being emptied into the storing container. If not, check the sealing. If air escapes at the sealing, tighten the connected auxiliary part or replace the sealing. If the ball is corroded, replace the entire unit. Ensure all valves are closed during this check.

      The pressure control valve indicator might quickly drop after vacuum generation due to air escaping. Check the storing container whether the air is emptied there. If it is not the case check the sealing. If air escapes at the sealing tighten the connected auxiliary part or replace the sealing. If the ball is corroded then replace the entire unit. All valves should be closed at checking.
