Assembly – Fastener Torque
1. Main Pivot Axle
1. Adjust pre-load on angular contact bearings (8mm hex)
2. Then tighten pinch bolt to 5 Nm (45 in-lb) (5mm hex)
2. Rocker Pivot Axle
1. Adjust pre-load on angular contact bearings (5mm hex)
2. Then tighten pinch bolt to 5 Nm (45 in-lb) (5mm hex)
3. Seatstay/Rocker Bolts: 5 Nm (45in-lb) (5mm hex)
4. Seatstay/Axle Block Bolts: 5 Nm (45in-lb) (5mm hex)
