The TMP 1000 base can either be mounted on a tripod or a C-Stand

When using a tripod, remove the cheese-plate from
the tripod head and screw it onto one of the
mounng holes at the boom of the TMP 1000.
When using a C-stand, screw the supplied
adapter onto the 3/8-16 mounng hole at the
boom of the TMP 1000 base.
Out of the 2 sets of rails included with the TMP
1000, take 2 of the 4 idencal rails. Slide them
into the 2 openings at the top of the base as
shown in Fig. C.

Out of the 2 sets of rails included with the TMP
1000, take the 2 shorter rails and screw them
into each side of the TMP 1000 base as shown
in Fig. D.
