9. Observe the "Servo:" readings and if necessary, remove the top
cover and readjust potentiometer R42 on the Magnetic Modulator
PCB.
10. Set the voltage to 0 V and the number of turns to 0.
11. Record the number of the Current Comparator module installed in
the 6675A.
12. Properly install the top cover on the 6675A.
7.2.4.3.7. A/D Converter (Board 19502)
1. Visually inspect the A/D Converter PCB to be tested for errors.
2. Connect the OUTPUT terminals of a Precision DC Calibrator to the
Rs P
2
and Rx P
2
terminals on the 6675A front panel using SCW
cable (connect the positive Precision DC Calibrator OUTPUT
terminal to the Rs P
2
terminal).
3. Set the Precision DC Calibrator for 0 V. Ensure that the Precision
DC Calibrator is NOT in STANDBY mode.
4. Turn the 6675A Power ON.
NOTE:
When turning the 6675A Power ON, wait 15 seconds for
initialization.
5. After initialization, the "Measure/Setup/Voltmeter/Sofcal" menu
should be displayed.
6. Allow at least 10 minutes for the A/D Converter PCB being tested to
warm up.
7. Select the "SOFCAL" function by pressing the corresponding menu
key.
NOTE:
The software responds slowly to a key press. Quick key presses
may not be acknowledged.
