23. Select the "Voltmeter" function by pressing the corresponding menu
key.
24. Ensure that the voltage displayed on the 6675A display is between
+14.9997 V and +15.0003 V (±15 V ± 20 ppm).
25. Set the Precision DC Calibrator for -15 V (-75% of full scale).
26. Ensure that the voltage displayed is between -14.9997 V and
-15.0003 V (-15 V ± 20 ppm).
27. Set the Precision DC Calibrator for +10 V (+50% of full scale).
28. Ensure that the voltage displayed is between +9.9998 V and
+10.0002 V (+10 V ± 20 ppm).
29. Set the Precision DC Calibrator for -10 V (-50% of full scale).
30. Ensure that the voltage displayed is between -9.9998 V and -10.0002
V (-10 V ± 20 ppm).
31. Set the Precision DC Calibrator for 0 V.
32. The voltage displayed should be very close to 0 V.
33. Turn the 6675A Power OFF.
7.2.4.3.8. Amplifier Attenuator (Board 19503)
1. Disassemble 6675A so that the Right side panel (with nanovoltmeter
front end) is laying flat on the bench.
2. Remove nanovoltmeter lid so that trimpots and test points are
exposed.
3. Connect the OUTPUT terminals of a Precision DC Calibrator to Rs-
P
2
and Rx-P
2
terminals on the 6675A front panels using a SCW
cable (connect the positive Precision DC Calibrator OUTPUT
terminal to Rs-P
2
).
4. Set the Precision DC Calibrator for 0 V. Ensure that the Precision
DC Calibrator is NOT in STANDBY mode.
