5. Turn the 6675A Power ON.
NOTE:
When turning the 6675A Power ON, wait 15 seconds for
initialization.
6. After initialization, the "Measure/Setup/Voltmeter/Sofcal" menu
should be displayed.
7. Select the "Voltmeter" function by pressing the corresponding menu
key.
NOTE:
The software responds slowly to a key press. Quick key presses
may not be acknowledged.
8. The "20V Range/No Filter/Normal/More 1-2" menu should be
displayed. The measured voltage should also be displayed.
9. If necessary, adjust potentiometer R127 on the Amp/Attenuator PCB
until the displayed reading is as close to 0 V as possible.
10. Press the menu key under "20V Range" to select the 2 V range and,
if necessary, re-adjust potentiometer R127 until the displayed
reading is as close to 0 V as possible.
11. Using an oscilloscope, monitor the waveform at TP SIGNAL with
respect to TP GND.
12. Select the 200 mV range and adjust potentiometer R300 until the
waveform at TP SIGNAL with respect to TP GND is as close to 0
V as possible.
13. Select the 20 mV range and re-adjust potentiometer R300 until the
waveform at TP SIGNAL with respect to TP GND is as close to 0
V as possible.
14. Select the 2 mV range and re-adjust potentiometer R300 until the
waveform at TP SIGNAL with respect to TP GND is as close to 0
V as possible.
