15. Put the lid on the 6675A Nanovoltmeter module and allow
approximately 15 minutes for the module to warm up.
16. Press the
<PREVIOUS> key until the
"Measure/Setup/Voltmeter/Sofcal" menu is displayed.
17. Select the "Sofcal" function by pressing the corresponding menu
key.
18. The "GPIB/RS232/Voltmeter/ More 1-3" menu should appear on the
6675A display.
19. Select the "Voltmeter" function by pressing the corresponding menu
key.
20. The "20V Range/Volts Set/Coef Set/ " menu should appear on the
display.
21. Press the menu key under "20V Range" until the desired range
appears.
22. Select the "Volts Set" function by pressing the corresponding menu
key.
23. The "Zero Volts/High Volts/Ref Volts/Ok" menu should appear on
the display.
24. Select the "Zero Volts" function by pressing the corresponding menu
key.
25. Wait 5 seconds (as per the displayed message) and observe the
returned "Zero Volts reading.
26. Repeat Steps 24 and 25 ensuring that the "Zero Volts:" reading is
stable over the next 10 readings (± 1 count).
27. Select the "Ref Volts" function by pressing the corresponding menu
key. Key in the desired voltage (as per Table 7-7) and press the
menu key under "Ref Volts".
28. Set the Precision DC Calibrator for +75% of full scale of the range
selected.
