Function Key <Fn-1> ,<Mode>, allows entry to the <Mode> menu level where the
temperature mode of operation of the 6675A can be set from one of :
IPTS-68 - Set the IPTS-68 coefficients for the temperature probe
under test.
ITS-90 - Set the ITS-90 coefficients for the temperature probe
under test.
Probe Set - Set the temperature probe parameters for ice-point or
triple-point resistance, serial number, test current etc..
Function Key <Fn-2> ,<Display>, allows selection of the engineering units that will
be used during the measurement and displayed on the screen.
Function Key <Fn-3> ,<Update>, allows selection of the number of times that the
display should be updated for each measurement cycle; from 1, 2, or 4 times for each
measurement cycle.

Setup the parameters for the probe.

Function Key <Fn-3> ,<Probe Set>, allows entry to the Probe set menu and enables
the test values for the probe to be viewed and or edited.
