NOTE:
When a temperature measurement is in progress the last coefficient set
selected is used to calculate temperature.
Probe Setup:
Rs - the value of the standard resistor used in this temperature
measurement. A positive non-zero number has to be entered for a
valid configuration. Since the power (and hence current) levels are
so low (100 W is typical) for thermometry measurements the 20 mV
range on the nanovolt detector is always used. (in a resistance
measurement with Rs=100 , the 200 mV range on the nanovolt
detector is used.)
Rs Serial # - The character string entered is the label of the configuration
file if you decide to save it.
R0 Probe - The triple point (or if applicable ice point) resistance of the
probe.
Probe Serial # - the serial number for your probe.
Reversal Rate - a whole number 4 and 32,000. For best results
with lowest noise a reversal rate 30 seconds is
highly recommended.
Test Current - a positive non zero number needs to be entered here.
This is the current sent to the thermometer probe.
Max Current - a positive non zero number needs to be entered here.
This is the maximum safe current that can be handled
by the Rs resistor.
