4. Limitations:
Flap Altitude and Airspeed Limits:
• Maximum operating altitude for extending landing flaps (39° DOWN) or
flying with landing flaps extended is 20,000 ft MSL
• Maximum operating altitude for extending flaps to 10° or 20° or flying with
the flaps extended to 10° or 20° is 25,000 ft MSL
• Maximum airspeed for flaps extended to 10° is 250 KCAS / 0.60 M
