Why does my Guzzanti GZ-342 Grill switch off by itself?

The Guzzanti Grill might be switching off because it has reached the selected temperature. The thermostat automatically switches off when this occurs and will switch back on once the temperature drops. You can also try sliding the thermostat control to a higher temperature setting.
