Ensure the scooter is off, unplugged, and the charging port is sealed during cleaning to prevent electric shock or water ingress.
  • Storage: Store the scooter indoors in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight, extreme heat, or cold to prevent aging of appearance and tires, and to prolong battery life.
  • Battery Pack Maintenance:
    • Avoid high-temperature environments (above 50°C) or low-temperature environments (below -20°C).
    • Do not put the battery pack into a fire.
    • Avoid completely exhausting the battery before recharging; charge it as much as possible to extend battery life.
    • For long-term storage, charge the battery every 0.5 to 1 month.
    • If the battery emits a strong smell or becomes hot, stop using the product immediately.
    • Non-professionals should not disassemble the battery pack.
  • Regular Checks: Check the scooter for any looseness or damage before each ride.
  • Charging: Charge the scooter for 4-5 hours before first use. Charge it every month or two days after riding to extend battery life. Use only the original charger and cable in a well-ventilated, dry environment. The charger indicator shows red for charging and green for fully charged.
