Assembly Steps Overview:
The assembly process is broken down into 18 steps:
- Step 1: Attach cam locks (A) and cam lock nuts (B) to the top (1) and bottom (2) panels.
- Step 2: Connect side panels (3, 4) to inner support panels (5, 6, 7) using dowels (C) and screws (D).
- Step 3: Assemble the main cabinet frame by connecting the side panels (3, 4) to the inner support panels (5, 6, 7) using dowels (C) and screws (D).
- Step 4: Attach the top panel (1) to the assembled frame using cam locks (E) and cam lock nuts (F).
- Step 5: Connect the bottom panel (2) to the assembled frame using dowels (C) and screws (D).
- Step 6: Secure the back panels (11, 12) to the cabinet frame using screws (G).
- Step 7: Assemble the drawer slides (19) to the inner support panels (5, 6, 7) using screws (H) and (I).
- Step 8: Attach the feet (J) to the bottom of the cabinet.
- Step 9: Assemble the door panels (8, 9) by attaching hinges (K) and screws (L).
- Step 10: Attach the hinge mechanisms (M, N) to the door panels (8, 9) using screws (E).
- Step 11: Attach the back panels (11, 12) to the door panels (8, 9) using screws (E).
- Step 12: Secure the back panels (11, 12) to the door panels (8, 9) using screws (E).
- Step 13: Install the assembled door panels (8, 9) into the cabinet frame using screws (E) and cam lock nuts (O).
- Step 14: Install the remaining door panels (10) into the cabinet frame using screws (E).
- Step 15: Prepare for wall mounting by drilling holes and inserting wall anchors (P).
- Step 16: Secure the cabinet to the wall using screws (Q) through the wall plugs (Q).
- Step 17: Assemble the drawer (13) by connecting the drawer sides (14, 15), drawer back (16), drawer front (17), and drawer bottom (18) using dowels (C), screws (D), and screws (S). Attach the handle (R).
- Step 18: Insert the assembled drawer (13) into the cabinet.
