Why is the battery life so short on my HAB Home Intelligence Controller?

  If your HAB Home Intelligence Controller's battery life is short, it could be due to excessive polling. Check your Z-Wave Controller settings and reduce the iBlinds Z-Wave polling frequency to once a day. Alternatively, excessive usage could be the cause. Try to reduce the usage to twice a day. If the issue persists, the battery may be defective, and you should consider replacing it.

  If your HAB Home Intelligence Controller's iBlinds are unresponsive, there might be a few reasons. First, check the power source. If using a battery, ensure it's properly plugged into the correct port and that the power switch is turned on. If using direct power, connect a 5V power source to the USB port and verify the power source is working. If it is a system malfunction, hold the Pass Through Charger push button for 10 seconds to reset the device. Also, check your Z-Wave Hub/Controller.
