- Boiling Water: Place the filled kettle on the power base and plug it into the mains supply. The display will show the current water temperature. Press the ON/OFF button to start boiling; the kettle defaults to 100°C.
- Temperature Selection: While boiling, users can adjust the target temperature using the "+" and "-" buttons. The display will show the chosen temperature, and a heating icon will flash. After 5 seconds of no interaction, the heating icon will stop flashing, and the kettle will heat to the selected temperature. The display continuously shows the current and rising water temperature.
- Keep Warm Mode: After boiling, press the "Keep Warm" button (SSS) and use the "+" or "-" buttons to select the desired temperature between 40-95°C.
