If your Hague Quality Water Water Dispenser isn't producing soft water, check the following: * **Bypass valve:** Ensure the bypass valve is in the Service position. * **Plumbing:** Verify the appliance is plumbed correctly. * **Power outage:** Reset the time of day after an extended power outage. * **Water hardness:** Re-test the water and re-enter a new setting number if the hardness has increased. * **Metering:** Check if flow is indicated with water usage. If not, see the troubleshooting steps for 'No flow is indicated when water is flowing'. * **Blending dial:** Ensure the blending dial is closed.
