Why Hague WATERMAX SIGNATURE Water System has no soft water?

If your Hague Water System is not providing soft water, start by checking if the bypass valve is in the Bypass position and switch it to the Service position. Verify that the appliance is plumbed correctly. If there was an extended power outage, reset the time of day. It's also possible that the water hardness has increased, so re-test the water and re-enter a new setting number. Ensure the blending dial is closed and that the appliance is metering water; if there's no flow indicated with water usage, investigate further.
