Ballasting instructions
Note:
The ballast weights are for your own safety.
The ballast weights must be applied at certain
heights as described and illustrated.
Ballast weights
(12.5 kg/item)
are available as
accessory items.
To secure the aluminium ladder scaffolding
against tipping and to ensure that it sits
securely, ballast weights are to be applied
to the stabilizer bars when the working
platform is at certain given heights.
Rungs 1 to 6 = no ballast weights
required
Rungs 7 and 8 = 50 kg (4 x 12.5 kg)
Rungs 9 to 11 = 100 kg (8 x 12.5 kg)
