We recommend trying all three sizes of Hale™ breathing aids to determine your ideal t. The
le-sided dilator of each pair is labeled with a circled size marker as shown. To nd your t, sta with
the medium (M) size. If you are unable to t the dilator entirely into your nose or experience sharp
pain, try the small (S) size. If the dilator can wiggle freely or feels loose in the nose, try the large (L)
size.
You have found your ideal t when:
-You notice an immediate and signicant improvement in nasal ailow
-The dilator ts entirely beyond your nostril while the septum band sits snugly between your nostrils
-The dilator feels secure and stays in place aer several breaths
