Once the breathing aid is
Inseed beyond the nostril,
rotate the tool until it is
level with the boom of the
nose.

While squeezing, remove
the inseion tool, careful
not to dislodge the dilator.
Repeat these steps with
the other dilator.

Squeeze the open section
of the inseion tool to
release the dilator.

Squeeze the closed
section of the inseion tool
and load one dilator
between the paddles to
grasp it securely as shown.

Inse the dilator into the

into the le nostril, with the
“L” upright.
Removing Hale™ with the removal tool
Carefully inse the removal
tool into your nostril with the
hook facing forward. Loop
the hook over the dilator tip
and carefully pull to remove
the dilator.

Warning:
Carefully read and understand all instructions before use. Using this product other than as directed may cause breakage or personal injury. Hale is suited for use inside the nose only. As with
any intranasal device, there is inherent risk with using Hale
. Always proceed with extreme caution. Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Wash your hands and the product prior
to and following use. Do not use for more than 12 hours in a 24 hour period. Examine the device before and aer each use and do not use if any defect is found. Discontinue use if breakage occurs
or if you experience irritation or signicant discomfo. Consult a physician prior to use, especially if you have had surgery or a medical condition related to the nose that may aect your ability
to wear the device safely. Do not alter the device in any way. The device is designed for personal use only and should not be shared with other people. If the Hale Breathing Aid becomes stuck
or dicult to retrieve, carefully remove with a Hale removal tool or tweezers. If you are still unable to remove the device, seek medical aention immediately. Keep all Hale products out of
reach of children as they may contain small pas and may pose a choking hazard. The Hale Breathing Aid is not recommended for use by children under the age of 12, and should be used
under adult supervision by children under the age of 18. Hale is not recommended for use during contact spos.
Do not use if:
-You are unable to fully understand and follow the instructions for use.
-Your nasal passages have sores, irritated skin, or are prone to nose bleeds.
-You are hypersensitive to the plastics and materials used to manufacture Hale™ products (ABS, PP, TPE).
-You are a child under the age of 12 or a child under the age of 18 without adult supervision.
-You have undergone surgery relating to the nose or face, suer from a medical condition relating to the nose, or experience serious respiratory or heart problems, and you have not consulted a physician
prior to use
About this product:
Hale is made without natural rubber (latex). It is drug-free, BPA-free, silicone free, and acrylic free.
Hale
was designed and tested in the USA and is responsibly manufactured in Malaysia and China in FDA inspected facilities.

Gently pull on the connect-
ing band to remove both
dilators at once.

Both dilators should now
be fully inseed into your
nostrils and should ll the
outer sides of your nose.

Push and rotate the tips of
the dilators upward into the
tip of the nose.

Inse both dilators, ends
rst, into your nostrils at an
angle, until only the pointed
tip of each dilator is visible.

Pinch the sides of each
dilator closed with your
ngers at the same time.
