Also, consider disconnecting the Halo Sport Headsets or pairing a different Bluetooth device.

If you're experiencing poor contact with your Halo Headsets, ensure you have the correct number of Primers installed for your Neuropriming session. Re-wet the Primers and place the Halo Headsets directly on the center of your head. Push down on the top of the headset while combing the Primers back and forth slightly. If the Primers have been used many times, recharge them.
