Maintenance, Cleaning and Storage
Unplug the device and remove the cover.
Pour out any remaining water on the DRAIN SIDE of the tank, assuring that no water gets into the AIR OUTLET. Do
not immerse the unit under water! Clean the water tank at each refill using a soft cloth and clean water. Do not use
petroleum, paint thinner or other chemicals for cleaning.
Gently clean the ultrasonic cell (the penny size white round piece on the bottom of the base), using a soft cloth or
cotton bud and clean water. If there are calcareous deposits you can use 1 tablespoon of citric acid or 50 ml white
cleaning vinegar in 200 ml water to clean the water tank and the ultrasonic cell. You can do this only every 2-3
months or when there are visible deposits.
Cover has an inner cover that can also be removed for cleaning. Find the grip and pull the inner cover out; after
cleaning, insert first the air outlet opening and then press at the grip side until you hear the ‘click’.

For storage, clean the device carefully as instructed. After it is dry, put the device in its original packaging and keep
it in a cool, dry place.

VERY IMPORTANT: Use only a soft cloth to clean the ultrasonic cell. Never touch it with sharp or hard
objects. NEVER immerse the base into water and assure no water gets inside through the AIR OUTLET or
other openings. DO NOT move the device from one place to another once it is filled. Always take the cover
off and empty before moving it to another location.
Transport and storage environment: -20℃ to 55℃, humidity ≤95%, pressure 70-106 kPa.
Working environment: 5- 40℃, humidity 30-80%, pressure from 80kPa to 106kPa.
