Troubleshooting
My iPod or iPhone is not making a connection with the dock connector
o Remove any protective sleeve or cover from your iPod or iPhone
o For best fit, use the Apple Universal Dock Adapter included with your
iPod or iPhone (Replacements are available from Apple).
I am getting excessive noise or audio distortion
o Switch iPhone into Airplane Mode or turn off WiFi on iPod Touch to
minimize RF interference
o Turn down volume completely on iPhone and iPod Touch before
connecting
o When connecting a device through the AUX input, set your devices
volume no higher than 80% of maximum to minimize distortion

General Safety Precautions

Do not expose the unit to rain or moisture. Do not remove the cover; refer servicing to qualified personnel.

Operations

Listening and Charging Your iPod or iPhone

Insert DC cord, remove protective cover, and turn the ON/VOLUME knob to power on the unit.

To Listen with Headphones

Switch the SPEAKER/EARPHONE SWITCH to EARPHONE and plug in up to six stereo headphones.

To Listen with Speakers

Switch the SPEAKER/EARPHONE SWITCH to SPEAKER to use the built-in speakers.

Adjusting the Volume

Turn the ON/VOLUME knob to adjust volume. Turn left until it clicks to power off the unit.

Line in Jack

Connect external audio sources via 1/8" stereo connection cable to the LINE IN jack.
