ASSEMBLY
INSTALLATION
1. Insert the suction tube into the barrel
through the hole for the barrel cap.
2. Screw the barrel tting on the pump in
the hole for the barrel cap.

NOTE:
The thread adapter can be used (2.5 inch x
5 mm trapezoidal thread) for IBC.
3. Connect the hose to the nozzle and lock
with the hose clip.

4. Connect the other end of the hose to the
sleeve coupling on the pump outlet.

5. Put the nozzle in the nozzle holder on the
pump side.

BATTERY CONNECTION
1. Connect the DC cable connector to the
connection on the back of the pump.

2. Connect the red alligator clip to the
battery’s positive terminal and the black
alligator clip to the battery’s negative
terminal.
3. Set the switch in the ON position to start
the pump.

Do not connect the pump to 24V DC – risk of

SPECIFICATIONS
• Handy power switch with status light.
• Integrated protection from overloading.

• A stainless steel lter built into the suction
tube prevents the penetration of
impurities causing damage.
• Integrated 2 inch barrel tting for direct
connection to 208 litre metal barrel. The
barrel tting can be adjusted 15 mm to
suit dierent heights of barrels. Thread
adapter for barrel tting included (from
2 inch standard thread to 2.5 inch x 5 mm
trapezoidal thread) for use with IBC.
• Telescopic suction tube (850 to 1245 mm)
for 208 l barrels or 1000–1250 l IBC.
• Supplied with 2 m hose and nozzle for
manual dispensing with stainless steel
nozzle, OD 3/4 inch (19 mm).
