Night light tints your screen amber.  This makes it easier to lock your screen or read in  dim
lightandmayhelpyoufallasleepmoreeasily.
5.5.3Adaptivebrightness
Enablingthisoptionsetsthebrightnesslevelofthescreenappropriatelyfortheavailablelight.
Theadaptive brightnessfunctionusesaverylowbacklightlevelinpitchdarkness,reasonable
levelintypicalindoorofficelighting,andmaximumbrightnesswhileusingthetabletoutdoors
orindirectsunlight.Usingthisoptiongives
reasonablepowersavings,andisrecommended.
