  If your H&K Refrigerator isn't reaching the correct temperature, there might be a few reasons. First, the condenser coil could be dirty; try cleaning it with a vacuum cleaner or soft brush, following the preventative maintenance instructions. Also, ensure that the refrigerator drawer isn't being left open for too long. Check that the room temperature and humidity aren't exceeding the recommended maximums of 100ºF (38ºC) and 50% RH. Lastly, inspect the drawer gasket for any damage that might prevent a proper seal; if needed, you can order a replacement.
