Red-Eye Reduction .

Red
-eye"
is
a phenomenon
in
flash photography
in
which the center
portions
of
a subject's eyes appear bright
red
in

pictures and white
in black
& white pictures. .
To
reduce the red-eye effect, this camera has a special red-eye
reduction feature. When you lightly press the shutter button, a
red
beam
is emitted
to
cause the subject's pupils
to
become smaller and reduce
