buzz four times and display a red
LED light. Press the reset
button to reset.

How It Works

Step 1: Sensor Battery Installation

Remove Sensor Case

Remove the bottom case of the sensor by unscrewing the three screws.

Install Battery

Hold the battery and pull the plastic strip from the battery holder to activate.

Reassemble Sensor

Assemble the sensor's case back together after battery installation.

Step 2: Mounting the Sensor

Apply Double-Faced Tape

Peel and stick one side of the double-faced tape onto the sensor for mailbox attachment.

Attach Sensor to Mailbox

Stick the sensor onto the mailbox lid or side, orienting the top edge correctly.

Step 3: Receiver Setup

Connect AC Adaptor

Plug the AC adaptor into the back of the receiver and then into a wall outlet.

Position Antenna

Straighten the receiver's antenna vertically for optimal signal reception.

Troubleshooting

Check Sensor Mounting

Verify the sensor is mounted correctly for your mailbox type.

Check Battery Installation

Ensure the battery is installed correctly in the sensor.

Relocate Receiver

Try moving the receiver to a different location within your home.
