Why is the water not getting hot in my Hanseatic Kitchen Appliances?

If the water in your Hanseatic Kitchen Appliance isn't heating up, there are a few things to check: * Ensure the appliance is switched on. * Make sure the mains plug is securely inserted into the socket. * Try a different socket to rule out a defective socket. * Check the fuses and/or circuit breakers. * Inspect the mains cord for any damage. If the cord is damaged, contact the Service Centre.
