Possible problems and solutions
Error Cause Solution
Lift table cannot be raised or
the desired lift height is not
reached
1) The valve (27) is dirty
2) Insufficient hydraulic oil
1) Clean valve no. (27)
2) Refill the hydraulic oil up to the lower
edge of the filler opening
The lift table can be raised,
but lowers itself again
1) The valve (27) is dirty
2) The pressure relief valve (20) is set
incorrectly
1) Clean the valve bore
2) Remove the valve (20) and clean it
or readjust it with a screwdriver
Lifting platform cannot be
lowered
(1) The wire cable is too long
2) The pressure relief valve is set
incorrectly
(1) Retension the wire cable by
loosening the nut on the L-piece (48)
and readjusting the screw
2) Remove the valve (20) and clean it
or readjust it with a screwdriver
Oil leaking at the pressure
relief valve
The O-ring seal (21) on the pressure
relief valve is defective
Replace the O-ring seal (21)
