by turning the handle towards
the desired function
- Turn the handle on a green pressure valve
towards the desired function
- Turn the handle on a black suction valve

too loose (= liquid leakage), the valve needs to be serviced.
Please see the part "Occasional maintenance - Adjustment of
3-way-valve" for further information. Correct setting is when
the valve can be operated smoothly by one hand
