  If the burner on your Hark Smoker won't light, start by checking if the LG gas cylinder is full and replace if necessary. Ensure there are no bends or kinks in the regulator hose obstructing gas flow. Clean the burner ports and venturi to remove any blockages. Make sure the burner is correctly engaged onto the valve. If the issue persists, check the piezo ignitor spark. If no spark is visible, adjust the electrode position or replace the piezo ignitor or wire.

  If the flame on your Hark Smoker is yellow or orange, it could be due to several reasons. First, try cleaning the burner ports and venturi to remove any blockages. Also, clean the burner to remove any food residue or grease. Ensure the burner is correctly positioned on the valve.
