riding. With such a perfectly balanced package, how is it
possible to improve on that?
Introducing the new Street Glide
®
Special motorcycle.
First, we enhanced the ride with an all-new High Output
Twin Cam 103™ engine to deliver more power and
better performance, both stoplight to stoplight as
well as out on the open road. We added adjustable (tool-
less) CVO™-style low-profile air ride rear suspension to
make sure customers could get where they are going
quickly and comfortably.
But the new Street Glide
®
Special motorcycle isn’t just
superior power and performance with all the Project
RUSHMORE enhancements. We also took styling to a new
level with factory pinstriping, color-matched fairing skirt,
and a gloss-black inner fairing.
The Street Glide
®
Special model also comes standard
with the all-new Boom!™ Box 6.5 GT audio system with
integrated GPS and color touchscreen. Customers who
choose this bike are choosing the baddest dog on the
block and we just wanted to make sure its bark was as
big as its bite. And because everyone will want to get
their hands on this ride, it comes standard with the Smart
Security System.

in less than optimum conditions. Engineering and styling worked together
to make sure the system is not only designed and carefully tested to work
superbly, but that it is also engineered not to interfere with style. ABS is
standard on all 2014 Touring motorcycles except the Road King
®
and Street
Glide
®
models, where it remains an option.
