contained in the setup guide; damage resulting from the performance
of
repairs by someone
not
authorized
by Harman Multimedia; damagecaused by installation
of
parts
that
do
not
conform
to
Harman
specifications; units used for other than home and office use; any claims based on misrepresentations
bythe seller; products sold on an "as-is" or final
sale
basis;
or
the
cost
of
installing, removing,
or
re-installing the unit. Harman Multimedia's liability
is
limited
to
the repair
or
replacement, at our option,
of
any defectiveproductand shall
not
include incidental or consequential damages. Harman Multimedia
reserves the right

replace a discontinued model

a comparable model. Any replacementunits or
