setting up your Product and would like some helpful hints, we r ecommend that

sold the Product to you or contact the relevant Harman Kardon customer support

We recommend that you register your Product via the relevant country specific
website for your Product. Your registration will allow us to inform you about updates
for certain products, possible new offers and new Products and / or applications .

LIMITED WARRANTY
WHO IS PROTECTED BY THE WARRANTY
This limited warranty (the "Limited Warranty") protects only the or igi nal end-user
("you" or "your"), and is not transferable and is applicable only in the country
(excluding EEA member states and the Russian Federation) in which you originally
purchased your Harman Kardon Product (the " Product"). Any attempt to tran sfer
this warranty shall immediately make this warranty void.
LIMITED WARRANTY
HARMAN International Industries, Incorporated ("HARMAN") is the
manufacturer and through its local subsidiary , warrants to you that the Product
(including components provided in/with the Product) will be free f rom defects
in workmanship and materials for a period of TWO years from the date of ret a il
purchase by you (the "Warranty Period"). During the Warranty Period, the
Product (including components), will be repaired or replaced at HARMAN's
option, without charge for either parts or labor OR at HARMAN's s ole option,
the price of the Product may be refunded, subject to deprecia t ion based on
your purchase price for the Product pro - rated over the rema i ning balance of
the Warranty Period. Any warranty service or replacement of parts will not
extend the Warranty Period.
This Limited Warranty does not cover defects which are a result of : (1) damage
caused by acc ident. unreasonable use or neglect (including the la ck of re a sonable
and necessary maintenance); (2) damage du ring shipment ( claims must be
pre s ented to th e ca rri e r); ( 3) dam age to , or deterioration of, any acc ess ory or
de c or a tive surf a ce; (4) damag e re s ulting f rom failure to follow instruction s
c
ont a in ed in your own e r' s manu a l; (5) da mag e re s ulting from th e pe rformanc e of
repairs by s omeone other th an an a uthorized Harm an Kardon service c enter ; (6)
deterio r ation of component pa rt s, the nature of which is to becom e worn or
depleted with us e, s uch as batterie s and he a dphone ear pads .
