and mat eria ls for a period of ONE year f rom th e dat e of reta il p ur cha se by you (the
"Warranty Peri od") During th e Warranty Pe ri od, th e Product ( in clud ing
co mpon e nt s), will be repaired or re pl ace(j at H ARMA N 's opt i on, with out c harge f or
e ith er part s or l abor OR at HARMAN's so le op tio n, t he pnce of the Prod u ct may be
r efunded , s ubj ect to depreciation b ase d on your pu rch ase price for th e Product
pro -rat ed over the rem ai nin g balance of th e Warranty Per i od. Any war r anty serv i ce
or replacement of parts will n ot exte nd th e Warranty Pe ri od.
