If the following situations arise, the vehicle will
automatically exit the cruise function:
If you have been depressing on the accelerator
pedal to accelerate for more than 15 minutes.
If the vehicle is in N, R or P gear.
If the driver’s seat belt is released.
If the driver’s door is opened.
If the parking brake is applied.
If the parking brake is applied.
If the hill descent control system is activated.
If the electronic stability program system
is activated/turned off.
If the vehicle rolls backward.
If the brake disks overheat.
If the vehicle is turned off.
The vehicle driving mode is not in the
normal, ECO or sport mode.
Adaptive cruise control
This function enables the vehicle to follow
another vehicle within the speed range of
0~150 km/h.
In traffic jams, this function will slow your car
down or even bring it to a standstill in line with
the vehicle in front. At this point:
If the vehicle in front starts moving
forward again within 3 seconds, your car
will follow it automatically.
If the vehicle in front stops for longer (for
between 3s~3min), press lightly on the
accelerator pedal to restart the system.
If the car in front stops for longer than
three minutes, your parking brake will
automatically be applied.
If the driver opens the door or takes off
their seat belt, your parking brake will
automatically be applied.
Notice
If the cruise control speed setting is canceled is
switched off, this function will be turned off at
the same time.
Intelligent cornering
After turning on cruise control assist, the
intelligent cornering system will slow the
vehicle down if it detects that the speed of the
vehicle entering the curve is too high.
Warning
When entering, completing, or driving
through a curve, the system may not be able
to detect vehicles ahead in your lane
promptly. This could cause late braking. The
driver must be alert and ready to take control
over the vehicle at all times.
When driving through a curve, the system
may mistakenly detect vehicles in other
lanes, causing unnecessary braking.
Driving on a road with sharp turns (such as
switchbacks), if the vehicle ahead moves out
of the detection range of the sensor, the
vehicle may accelerate suddenly. The driver
must be alert and ready to take control over
the vehicle at all times.
Lane center keeping function during
cruising
Only the intelligent cruise mode has this
function. When the system is working and the
sensor detects the lane boundary or a moving
vehicle ahead, the system helps the driver to
keep the vehicle centered between the lane
markings.
Notice
Adaptive cruise control does not have this
function.
If the cruising speed is cancelled, this function
is cancelled too.
